Our pilot location launch in Germany has proven successful. Within twelve months, we attracted 1.2 million guests, and an 18% internal rate of return (ROR) for first-round investors. Per-guest spending was 25% higher than the European resort average.
Our U.S. expansion projects annual investor returns between 15-20%. We have prepared an additional equity bonus for early adopters.
